Good morning! I felt like doing an EOTD with this trio of Almay eyeshadows because I have a soft spot for pink chocolate looks, even though they're sort of neutral (you know my #1 love is color!). The trio is for hazel eyes but I think it would be nice on any eye color and easy to wear to an office or school:

Sorry my eyes are a little tired-looking because it's early in the morning! |

Almay intense i-color trio for hazels 003 $8.49, ecotools blending brush (part of an Alicia Silverstone set), MAC Bare Study Paint Pot, Urban Decay Primer Potion (mini I got with BOSIII, I think?), Benefit BADgal brown mascara, Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer in 211 Sable (sorry I only know the price I paid for the Almay trio because I bought another one last night to save for a future giveaway ~_^ ) |
Such a soft and beautiful look!
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan!
Thanks! It's so tempting to only post really colorful looks, but I honestly only wear lots of color half the time!
ReplyDeletelooks lovely!

Bang & Buck
Love this! I have such a hard time with subtlety. I would have had to pair this with hot pink lipstick or something. xD
ReplyDeleteHeh, GUILTY Kayla! I did, but somehow it clashed (possibly the pink in this trio is cool-toned and my lippie was too warm?). I wound up wiping it off and using MAC Gem of Roses.
ReplyDeleteThis look is super cute and easy. I just love looks like this.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Dani
ReplyDeletelove it. :) so beautiful.

ReplyDeleteYes, it's siple and beautiful, make up for every dan, love it, and it goes very good with your eye color :*
ReplyDeletethanks for the comment! i love how wearable your makeup is. I still can't figure out how to apply my eyeshadow for a daily work basis because my asian eyes are really uneven! im so envious of people with perfect lids and beautiful lashes ^_^

Thanks Cat and Ayu! But actually my eyes are not even at all! I think the right eye is higher up, but nobody notices those things ^.^
ReplyDeletethis look is so gorgeous! and looks easy enough for everyday wear :)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely an everyday look, Carly :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Almay is a brand that I've long overlooked. The pigmentation of these shadows is really subtle and beautiful :) You've created a gorgeous look!
ReplyDelete♥ Jessica
Thanks, Jessica! To be honest, I blended it down quite a lot. They are fairly pigmented!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a pretty look! I'm impressed, I tend to stay away from reds and pinks for eyes because I fear with my pale skin I would look like a deranged rabbit:P But I might give this style a go!

Your eyes are gorgeous! these colors look amazing on you.
ReplyDeleteHi emmabovary, pink/red should look great as long as you keep it off the lashline (line with black/brown) and not sheer (or you'll look like you've been crying) :)
ReplyDeleteWow, thanks Sarah!
ReplyDeleteSUBLIME!!xx
ReplyDeleteThanks, O.C. (I feel rude calling you Old Cow!) :) Is it weird that when I get complimented on a soft look I feel this little itch to defend crazy color looks? LOL
ReplyDeleteReally pretty! ^_^
