Hello Again, Twiggy!

All images taken from Nylon January 2012 issue. I will take down these images if asked.

As soon as I saw the latest issue of Nylon I got all kinds of excited! I dropped the soapy dishes and ran for my false lashes. Cuz you see, the latest issue features oodles of 60's makeup looks and clothes!
Prrrrrr!
I just had to get the look on my peepers ASAP!

Products used: (from swap with Riya) Beauty Credit Cream Eyes in White Opal WHO1 as base all over lid, white shade from KATE Diamond Cut Eyes GN-1 all over, Shengji 2 in 1 Crystal Bright Lipstick Eyeshadow Pencil on waterline and lower lashline, K-Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner 24h 1day Tattoo (any sharp liquid liner to draw a cat line and cover stray lash glue will do!)

Other: Clinique Black Bottom Lash Mascara, Duo Clear Lash Glue Waterproof, Love & Beauty false eyelashes, Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Gel Creamliner Glam Green Eyes' black with pewter sparkle along lower lash line (extra low with the white pencil filling the gap) applied with a slanted liner brush, Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers Split Personality Duo Eye Color from the Vampire's Mistress set (any sparkly or matte black eyeshadow would do) applied to the crease unblended with the slanted liner brush, Wet n Wild black glitter color icon pencil to trace cat liner on upper lashline.

  2. Ohhh my god I love this! I've always wanted to do my makeup like this but I'd be afraid to go out in public. Maybe I can swing it at the gay bars though. I always feel like I can get away with crazier things there! xD

    I've been dying over Adele's look here: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-5NBvkB6zkP8/TnNA-tSeM5I/AAAAAAAABiE/1EDUb_3m8sg/s1600/Adele-Banner.png

    Like a more public-friendly version, ya know? I should probably just go all out. Love love love!

    I realize I sound like a crazy person in this comment, I just love the crap out of Twiggy and this makeup style and it looks fabulous on you! <3

  6. @Dovey, I admit I didn't go out after putting this on! I'd certainly wear a toned-down version of this anywhere :)
    @Kayla, I'm geeked for it, too! I love the look on Adele; it is more wearable than this one. I still think a blended but cut crease with a more natural color combination (champagne and a blended dark brown, for example) would make my look wearable. That and less out-there lashes! I don't think you'd have to tone this down much to go clubbing!
    @Nancy, I think your eyes are beautiful!
    @Farrah, thanks so much <3
    @M, thank you, doll!
    @Penelope, thank you! I have to fake wide eyes like yours! :D

  11. This is one part of eye art that I have never tried. Maybe I will over Christmas break and see how it looks on me. I LOVE the way it looks on you and Twiggy.

  15. @Bonnie, you have big eyes and I think this would look really great on you!
    @Marina, thanks so much :) I want this look to catch on so I can wear it out of the house :P
    @Sarah, lol no way, wish I could believe that! But thanks <3 I took the black & white pics because my eyes were sooo red from staring at a computer all day long. That and the key to getting a photo or two I like is to take about 6,525,268 pictures so a few turn out okay ;-*
